TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A 50% deposit is required on booking.

2. The fee is non refundable if the booking is cancelled OR date of booking changes.

3. In the event of a customer “No Show”, a full fee will be applied.

4. Balance of monies owed on Wedding Bookings are due 30 days prior to wedding date.

5. Any changes to bookings are to be received in writing.

6. Extra time over allocated time shall be paid for on the day of hire.

7. Total cost of hire is payable and non refundable if hiring is cancelled or date altered within 60 days of hire date.

8. The client assumes full financial liablility for any damage to the Limousine or contents caused by their actions during the duration of the hire by them or any member of their party.

9. A cleaning and sanitation fee of $250.00 Is only applicable if vehicle is soiled by spilled alcohol, vomit etc, plus the cost of any follow on work that is unable to be performed due to the above.

10. Drug use, smoking and protruding from the vehicles is prohibited by law and the chauffer has the right to terminate the journey at any time should the client not comply.

11. Passengers are to wear seatbelts at all times. Any fines relating to the seatbelts not being worn by the passengers will be paid for by the customer.

12. Platinum Limousines will not be responsible for delays or the termination of the trip due to conditions beyond their control.
